Innovation
Pierret is a fast growing window manufacturer based in Belgium. They wanted to identify new service ideas for their retailers. After researching window retailers’ needs and wants through qualitative interviews, we identified insights and innovation platforms. We then ran an innovation workshop to prioritise the areas to focus on, create a pipeline of innovation ideas and develop fresh solutions.
We helped our client generate new ideas for their iconic cleaning brand. We applied our lean innovation approach for idea generation and used the test-and-learn method to fine-tune and finalise the concept. All it took was two mini workshops and two mini focus groups to end up with top scoring concepts!
